Edge: Plain. Uncirculated and tad red. Reverse has stain in center. Not the prettiest of these that Ive seen but it retains some original color. Rare with this edge. The obverse showing a man in fetters and a padlocked mouth refer to the recently passed Gagging Act against sedition that was passed in 1795.
