2021 Montenidoli Il Templare Toscana IGT Corvina graphite and faint touches ofOnly 250 cases were produced of Montenidoli's gorgeous oak aged Il Templare. Comprised of 80% Vernaccia, 15% Trebbiano, and 5% Malvasia Bianca, all organically farmed, the wine is aged for 12 months in used French barriques, then spends another 12 months in glass lined cement tanks, before bottling. It is a remarkably rich wine, and can be paired with a variety of foods, including mushrooms, pastas with truffles, and rich cheeses.
