Cut on the bias the plaid chevrons down the body for an adorable fit and flare cut with a slight give or stretch. Finished on the hem with a wide horsehair braid to kick out the skirt into an inverted cupcake wrapper shape, giving the dress it's name. And yes, she has pockets! Material: Silk Taffeta. Vintage condition: Excellent. Measurements
