A small parcel of grapes are left to mature on the vine and dried grapes are carefully selected by hand. Bright straw yellow in colour with hints of green. Intense aromas of pear, grapefruit, peach and honey on the nose. Acidity and sweetness are perfectly balanced on the creamy and concentrated palate.
