信州古稱信濃國，現在被稱為長野縣，位於本州中部的中央高地上，是日本八個內陸縣份之一。這個地方擁有許多超過2000公尺高的山脈，因此被稱為「日本屋脊」。而信州的Mars蒸餾廠則是日本海拔最高的蒸餾廠（798米）。

口感方面：篝火餘燼的口感中帶有草本香料、穀物的甜味和淡淡的焦糖奶油味。

Bulleit Bourbon Whiskey與一般波本威士卡最大的不同之處在於，裸麥是其主要原料之一，佔了近30%的比例，並且至少熟成了6年。

戶河內威士忌而家主要儲存喺兩個地方。第一個係佢地本社嘅酒廠酒窖入面，「天使分享」第一年高達11%，之後平均大約5至8%。另一個係要行車約一個鐘頭先到嘅戶河內隧道酒窖，呢個酒窖係酒廠同JR國鐵簽咗約承租鐵路隧道，環境相對潮濕，冬天仲會下雪，呢度嘅陳年環境完全唔同。
