It has a sleeveless bodice with wide round neckline & inset ruched V shaped panel on the bust with rustic blanket stitch embroidery around the edges, ruching on the shoulders, & gathering into the deep waistband; the very flared skirt is gathered into the waist, & there is a side opening with a replacement vintage painted metal "Lightning" zip.
